Once you have determined which service model is the best fit for your organization, the pricing offered to you will be impacted by several factors. The two most influential factors are the size of your organization and the industry you are in. Other less impactful, but still important considerations include turnover, number of salaried vs. hourly employees, etc.
You are billed on a per pay period basis at the same time we process payroll for your organization. Of course, you will have the opportunity to approve the invoice amount before a transaction is initiated. This way you do not have to worry about manually paying invoices—just one more way we can take work off your plate.
At Current HR, we believe in transparent pricing, which means that we will present to you an unbundled invoice that clearly outlines your costs.
Pass-thru costs typically apply to items that are variable in price and quantity, and therefore can’t be easily included in our pricing model in a way that is fair and transparent to you. In order to be the most fair, you only pay for these items based on the number of employees the pass-thru cost applies to. For example, if you hire a new employee and choose to run pre-employment screenings, we pass-thru the cost to you based on which pre-employment screenings you select—no more, no less.
As a business owner, you want to focus your time and energy on the “business of your business” and not on the “business of employment.” Oftentimes, as businesses grow, owners do not have the necessary human resource training, payroll skills, the knowledge of regulatory compliance, or the backgrounds in risk management, insurance, and employee benefit programs to meet the demands of being an employer. That’s where Current HR can help! We have expertise in these areas! Plus, Current HR gives you access to many benefits and employment amenities that might not otherwise be available to you.
Through Current HR, the employees of your organization can gain access to big-business employee benefits such as: 401(k) plans; health, dental, life, and other insurance; dependent care; and other benefits they might not typically receive as employees of a small company. Plus, when a company works with Current HR, job security is improved as Current HR implements efficiencies to lower employment costs. Job satisfaction and productivity increase when employees are provided with professional human resource services, enhanced benefits, training, employee handbook policies, and improved communications.
Absolutely not! You will retain ownership of the company and control over your organization’s operations. Typically, Current HR only assumes responsibilities associated with a “general” employer for purposes of administration of benefits and remittance of payroll and payroll taxes. In general terms, Current HR focuses on employment-related issues, and our client’s are responsible for the actual business operations.
