The two most influential factors are the size of your organization and the industry you are in. Other less impactful, but still important considerations include turnover, number of salaried vs. hourly employees, etc.
You are billed on a per pay period basis at the same time we process payroll for your organization. Of course, you will have the opportunity to approve the invoice amount before a transaction is initiated. This way you do not have to worry about manually paying invoices—just one more way we can take work off your plate.

Our service offering includes access to our comprehensive tier-1 timekeeping solution, at no additional cost. The tier-1 timekeeping solution makes it easy to manage employee time and attendance by providing all the essential timekeeping functions, including access to mobile punching. If an organization has a need for more complex functionality, we offer a tier-2, buy-up option that includes more advanced features.
Pass-thru costs typically apply to items that are variable in price and quantity, and therefore can’t be easily included in our pricing model in a way that is fair and transparent to you. In order to be the most fair, you only pay for these items based on the number of employees the pass-thru cost applies to. For example, if you hire a new employee and choose to run pre-employment screenings, we pass-thru the cost to you based on which pre-employment screenings you select—no more, no less.
